The City of Grants Pass, Oregon is seeking proposals from qualified consultant teams to assist with the preparation of a brownfields area-wide plan to foster economic and community development. The City is a recipient of funds from the United States Environmental Protection Agency Brownfields Area-wide Planning Grant program. The broad goals of the project include exploring existing conditions, the type and scope of possible assessment activities, the economic analysis of private and public investment in the project area, and community outreach to demonstrate the need and support for future assessment, cleanup, and redevelopment activities.
The City is seeking a highly qualified, multi-talented consultant team to work with City staff, community stakeholders, and other interested parties to develop an area-wide plan with a detailed implementation strategy that will provide the community with a roadmap to successful redevelopment and economic investment in the project area.
