1. When are City Council meetings held, and when can I get a copy of the meeting agenda?

City Council Meetings and Workshops are held in the City Council Chambers at 101 NW A Street. 

• Council Meetings are held the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month at 6 p.m.
• Council Workshops are held on Mondays, at 11:45 a.m.

Members of the public will be given an opportunity to address the Council during the citizen comment segment of the Council agenda or to speak for or against a specific Council action or public hearing.

The term of office for Council members is 4 years.

The City Council elections are held in November during the general election.

7. How can I get a copy of a City Resolution or Ordinance?

8. How do I apply to be on a City Committee or Commission?

Open applications for City Committees and Commissions are advertised through our local newspaper and posted on the Committees & Commissions page, as well as the homepage. If you are interested in any city volunteer committee or commission, please contact the Administration Office at 541-450-6000.
