Until May 1, 2017, due to the existing weather and soil conditions, the Director is requiring that no work disturbing soil on Steep Slope Hazard Areas shall commence without the submittal of a supplement to the Steep Slope Development Report, prepared by the Geo-technical Engineer of record, which addresses the current soil and weather conditions and provides recommendations to minimize the risk of instability, erosion, and sediment movement of the soil.
