The Office Assistant for our Administration Department will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Providing customer service over the telephone and in person
- Word processing
- Filing, copying, scanning, and data entry
- Summary minute taking, cashiering, and other general office duties
The ideal team member will have excellent communication skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and strong customer service skills.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: A high school diploma or equivalent, and two years of general office experience including customer service experience are required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: * Oregon Driver’s License – Class C * Certification of 40 words per minute at 95% accuracy keyboarding skills
