GRANTS PASS – Applications are being accepted for two positions on the Collaborative Economic Development Committee (CEDC) due to expiring terms. These are three-year appointments.
The CEDC is an advisory committee to the City of Grants Pass and Josephine County and will be responsible for the implementation of the joint Economic Development Strategic Plan adopted by the Grants Pass City Council and Josephine County Board of Commissioners. Target areas include services, infrastructure, and workforce development. All members of the CEDC must be at least 18 years of age and reside within the boundaries of Josephine County.
The special qualifications/experience required for these positions are: one manufacturing/industrial and one finance/commercial lending/real estate.

Applications are available at the City Administration Office, 101 N.W. A St., or online at www.grantspassoregon.gov/committee-application. Applications must be received no later than 5 p.m. Monday, June 18. Applications will be reviewed by the committee on Thursday, June 24. Appointments will be made at the City of Grants Pass council meeting Wednesday, July 7.
