A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Grants Pass, Josephine County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 will be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. Due to social distancing guidelines during the COVID-19 pandemic, this meeting will be conducted online and by phone only. Members of the public can access the meeting by phone with the following:

This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Interested citizens are invited to join this public meeting by phone where deliberations of the Budget Committee will begin and a schedule for future Budget Committee meetings will be set. Members of the public connected to the teleconference will be given the opportunity to discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. Public comments will be welcome at all meetings scheduled by the Budget Committee, including this first meeting.
