Leaf Season is upon us!
The City contracted street sweeper will not be following a set schedule for sweeping for the month of November. Instead, the street sweeper will be working overtime to remove falling leaves in high tree density areas. The leaves tend to fall at different times throughout the City based on their geographical location and tree maturity levels, so the street sweeper will be focusing their time where the leaves are dropping the most. Please be patient this month as the street sweepers try their hardest to keep our streets clean. A posted street sweeping schedule will resume after the leaf season.
Reminder: It is unlawful to dump/sweep/blow leaves from your property into the street. Please take advantage of the Fall Leaf Collection Program in Grants Pass from November 1st through December 13th to get rid up unwanted leaves.
