Applications are still being accepted for a position on the Tourism Advisory Committee due to a term that expires on June 30, 2018. This position is a three-year term.
The purpose of the Tourism Advisory Committee is to review the strategy for the implementation of the tourism program and to report its findings and recommendations to Council on a quarterly basis. The committee also coordinates the efforts of local tourism providers and others for program events and to identify and stage special events, promotions and other tourism-related activities.

Applications must be received no later than 5 p.m. Monday, June 11, 2018. Appointments will be made at the City Council meeting on Wednesday, June 20, 2018.
