COMMENTS Broadleaf evergreen with bay-like scent. Native to southern Oregon. Full sun to full shade. Can handle drought. Oregon State University calls this species "Oregon Myrtle," whereas Cal Poly calls it "California Bay." We'll stick with the Oregon name. Features: evergreen, wildlife. Full sun to shade.
