COMMENTS Evergreen. Dwarf variety of the Southern Magnolia. Large fragrant creamy white flowers can last well into October or even November. The glossy, evergreen leaves have cinnamon-brown and fuzzy undersides. This cultivar is small and narrow (10 ft wide). Features: evergreen, flowers. Full sun to partial shade.
