Finance Department

The Finance Department is responsible for fiscal management of the City. The department strives to work together with mutual trust and respect to provide fiscal integrity and efficient service through communication, technology, and teamwork. These values direct our endeavors to achieve our mission and demonstrate our dedication and commitment.

The Finance Department areas of responsibility are as follows:

Accounting

Accounting handles the accounting and record keeping of all City finances, coordinates and compiles the annual operating/capital budget document, prepares the annual financial report and administers the issuance of business licenses and taxes.

Customer Service and Utility Billing

Customer Service &Utility Billing manages the City's water and sewer billing, processes payments, and staffs a customer service counter open to the public.
