Finance Department

The Finance Department works alongside all departments and community members to provide exceptional customer service. We maintain continued transparency to the public via education and support through valued relationships and partnerships.

The Finance Department's areas of responsibility are as follows:


Accounting handles the accounting and record keeping of all City finances, coordinates and compiles the annual operating/capital budget document, prepares the annual financial report, and administers the issuance of business licenses and taxes.

Customer Service and Utility Billing

Customer Service & Utility Billing manages the City's water and sewer billing, processes payments, and staffs a customer service counter open to the public.
