Get Involved

www.GrantsPassUGB.com has the information you need to:

Learn!

Learn more by getting the information you need to understand this work and what it means. Let us know what information is important to you. If you can’t find information you need, please let us know. Ask questions if you need assistance. We are here to help you get the information you need to participate.

Participate!

Attend and participate in public involvement activities: open houses, surveys, public hearings, etc. Talk with your elected officials, committee members, and staff. Provide your ideas, input, and suggestions. We want to hear from you. Your involvement early in the process is important as we review different possibilities to meet the needs. We need to hear from the community and consider all of the different ideas and input before a recommendation or decision for a preferred alternative is made.

Watch for Additional Information, Outreach, and Opportunities to Participate:

E-Notification. On the new website, you can find information you need. You can also choose to get notifications when more information becomes available and when there are upcoming public involvement events.

Newspaper Notices. Watch for notices about upcoming opportunities to participate.

Information Materials. You can find informational materials such as answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs) on the new website.

Public Open Houses. Upcoming public open houses provide an opportunity for you to learn more about the work underway and provide input in a more informal setting.

Surveys. Surveys will be available for you to provide your input and ideas.

Public Comment Meetings. Public comment meetings provide an opportunity to share the results of the open houses and surveys, and to hear public testimony about different issues and ideas before any final concept is considered.

Public Hearings. (Public hearings to consider a preferred alternative won’t occur until later in the process after there has been an opportunity to review citizen input and put together a recommendation for a preferred alternative).

Additional Information. You can also find additional, more detailed information on the City of Grants Pass website on these pages:

Minutes from past public hearings are available in the respective agendas and minutes pages (i.e. City Council Agendas and Minutes, etc.)
