The City of Grants Pass administers water and sanitary sewer services to properties within the City limits and the surrounding area. The City is dedicated to meeting the needs of customers and strives to relay information and service through timely and accurate billings. Billing occurs on a monthly basis.
Water Meters & Valves
City water meters and valves may only be operated by City Public Works. Unauthorized turn-on or turn-off of a water meter or valve may result in a $100 service charge, plus charges for any damage to City equipment.
Electronic Bill Presentment
The City of Grants Pass offers its utility customers the opportunity to have their bills sent electronically. If you select this feature, a notification that your monthly City of Grants Pass utility bill has been generated will be sent to your email address with the amount and date due. It is your responsibility to ensure that the City is notified as to any changes in email address. It is not the City's responsibility should you not receive your electronic notification due to an expired or inactive email account. The City of Grants Pass reserves the right to cancel the presentment of electronic bills at any time. You may cancel electronic bill presentment at any time. Cancellation of your electronic bill presentment may take up to thirty (30) days.

Office hours: 9:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
If your payment is late please place it in the drop box or come in person. All payments received prior to 5pm are processed daily.
You have the following payment options:
- VISA/MasterCard or debit card with VISA or MasterCard logo, on line or in person.
- Pay in person.
- Pay by mail.
- A return envelope is included with your statement each month. Do NOT mail delinquent bills, please bring them to the 101 NW A Street office location.
- Automatic debit from checking or savings account.
- Drop off payment at approved depository.
These depositories mail utility payments to the City daily. Allow delivery and processing time. Do not place late payments in the pay stations.
