Written price quotes for supplying 125 UV lamp assemblies for the Wastewater Treatment Plant's Trojan UV4000 Disinfection System will be accepted by the City of Grants Pass, through the Wastewater Treatment Superintendent, 101 NW A Street, Grants Pass, Oregon 97526, until 3:00 pm local time, July 26, 2010.

Lamp assemblies must be compatible with the Trojan UV4000 Disinfection System currently in operation at City of Grants Pass Water Restoration Plant. Quotes will only be accepted for Trojan Technology (part # 441165-024), Method Works (part # MW-UV4KLA ) and other assemblies determined to be equal and approved by the City of Grants Pass. All quotes must be for new equipment only; used or refurbished lamp assemblies will not be accepted.

Quotes must be sealed and directed to, “Tim Wilson, Wastewater Treatment Superintendent of the City of Grants Pass, Oregon” and marked “Purchase of UV Lamp Assemblies” and must be properly signed by the person or persons making such quote.
